Registration

Can I register for individual days?

Yes. Email alumni@pearsoncollege.ca. Payment options: Interac e-transfer to accountsreceivable@pearsoncollege.ca or PayPal paypalcan@pearsoncollege.ca.

  • 20-Year Single day off-site: $151.20
  • 20-Year Full day onsite: $188.10
  • Child pricing off-site: $125.38
  • Child pricing onsite: $159.62
Can I bring my spouse/partner and children?

Yes. Please notify us of needs (car seats, life jackets, highchairs) in advance. Costs for rentals are borne by registrants.

Refunds and cancellations

Full refund minus $25 processing until July 15. No refunds after.

Travel & Transportation

Some countries require an Electronic Travel Authorization to enter Canada.
Ground transportation to campus

Complimentary shuttle with advance request (before June 28).

What to bring

Layers for 15–25°C days and 10–15°C evenings; walking shoes; rain gear; sunscreen; insect repellent.

Rooms & check-in

Arrive after 12:00 on Day 1. Check-out by 10:00 on the last day. Check-in at the Dining Hall registration desk.

Accessibility

Accessible options include Stoki House Room 6, ramps, shower chairs, and accessible washrooms in key buildings.

Meals, bar, and campus shopping

See the schedule for meal times. Bar open each evening; cash (CAD) and cards accepted. College swag available during lunch and dinner.
